Malmö-based designer and analog photographer.
In my work, I focus on how form operates in relation to users and context. I work iteratively through sketches, models, and prototypes to test and develop ideas, combining hands-on material exploration with digital tools to ensure function, sustainability, and expression. I am driven to explore new, more sustainable and circular approaches that challenge existing ways of producing and using form. I am particularly interested in how products can be repaired, modified, and repurposed over time, with the aim of minimizing impact on climate and resources.
I am drawn to the unusual — things that stand out from their surroundings. With a strong eye for detail, a photographer’s sense of place, and an ear for atmosphere, I create visual expressions that both feel and function.
Minimalism and brutalism fascinate me — concrete buildings are truly beautiful. I am drawn to surfaces, forms, and expressions that contrast with their surroundings, something I explore in my artistic practice through photography and graphic work.
Outside of design, I play in a hardcore band and create ambient music under the name Finska Viken. I am a curious and hands-on person who enjoys helping others and has a knack for fixing what is broken.
I have a calm presence that tends to carry over to others — something I’ve been told by both colleagues and friends. It makes me easy to work with, especially in stressful or creative processes where focus is needed.
I am based in Malmö. I speak Swedish, English, and have a basic knowledge of Swedish Sign Language. I am currently looking for opportunities, internships, or collaborations within design, ideally at a studio where there is room for both seriousness and play.
I recently completed a one-year preparatory course in graphic design at Konstskolan Basis, an important foundation that has strengthened both my sense of form and my drive to keep developing. I have also completed a one-year course in product design at Folkuniversitetet, where I deepened my work with form, function, and materials in a more spatial and hands-on context.
